Arise, Your Time Is NOW!

Have you ever woken up and there is a song going around and around in your head? You wonder, “Why on earth am thinking of that? I haven’t heard that song in years.”

Maybe you are lying there, first thing in the morning, (or even the middle of the night) and a brilliant idea drops into your mind. You begin pondering it, mulling it over, and the excitement begins to rise at the prospect and possibilities of this brilliant idea.

Did you know that that is God speaking to you?

Yep. This is just one way that He does that. Remember, He never sleeps so He can talk to you day or night, while you’re asleep or awake.

A little while ago, I woke up to:

“Sleeping Beauty, Arise!”

I thought, “This is an odd thought to have,” so I asked Father God what He was saying.

This was His answer. It is an encouragement to the Church worldwide:

“My darling Church. My beloved Bride. 

It’s time for You to awake and arise!

“Arise, shine; for your light has come,
And the glory of the Lord has risen upon you.
“For behold, darkness will cover the earth
And deep darkness the peoples;
But the Lord will rise upon you
And His glory will appear upon you.
“Nations will come to your light,
And kings to the brightness of your rising.”

Isaiah 60:1-3 (NASB)

It’s time to stand up and know that I am with You. I have always been with You (Heb 13:5b).

Your true beauty is about to be revealed.

You have stayed in the shadows for far too long, hiding away.

Now is not the time to hide (Matt 5:15). Now is not the time to shrink back in fear (2 Tim 1:7). Now is not the time to protect Yourself from Your perceived enemy.

People are not Your enemy. The world is not Your enemy. Circumstances and situations are not Your enemy.

The true enemies of Your very soul and life are Satan and his demonic realm (John 10:10).

Yet, You are not ever to fear them for You see, I have overcome them (John 16:33)! I have made a way for You to live in triumph and victory, all the days of Your life. I have given You authority to live just as Jesus did (Luke 10:19) – with all the power, love and holiness that He walked in (Mark 16:17-18).

Oh how glorious I have made You to be, Church.

My Bride.

It’s time for You to come forth and shine.

Don’t shrink back for I have won on Your behalf. Each person in the world needs to know that I love them. I have chosen You, My Bride, to be the vessel that I use to reveal that love. You are my representatives to the world (2 Cor 5:20).

Love is strong. Love stands up for what is right, without condemnation. Love leads others in the right way – the way that brings life (John 13:34).

Do You know why I hate sin so much? It’s because it hurts You. It wounds You, brings You pain and its ultimate goal is to destroy You. You are My child. How could any loving parent want anything but the best for their beloved (John 3:16)?

Your Prince is on His way!

My Son is coming to You in power, in might and in love (Rom 8:11). Not to take You away but to walk with You in a new level of strength and victory.

The Spirit of Truth is Here!

It’s time to renew Your mind for battle (Rom 12:2). The enemy has kept You encapsulated in his web of lies for centuries and it is time to break free (John 8:44). It’s time to stand tall, to fight back and to retrieve all that has been taken from You and Your families (Prov 6:31).

My Son is Truth (John 14:6). Know Him. Spend time with Him. Allow Him to penetrate the truth of Himself deep into Your heart. Allow Jesus to reveal Himself to You in new and deeply personal ways. This is His heart: that You would allow Him access to the deep recesses of Your soul to bring You healing and peace, in even greater ways than ever before.

This is the way You will win in life …

… to align Your thinking with Jesus. I gave You His mind (the way He thinks about and perceives things) when You came to Me and submitted to My love for You.

This is what truly defeats the enemy …

… to think like Jesus and to know Me in the same light that My Son did on earth.

Remember how the enemy fled from Jesus when He quoted Scripture? (Luke 4:3-13) Jesus was seeing things from My perspective and was thinking like Me.

You too are capable of having the same thoughts, the same perception and the same power that Jesus walked in (Eph 2:6).

How did He get this way? By spending time with Me (Luke 6:12). By learning the Scriptures and having Holy Spirit reveal deep truths to Him.

You too can do this.

It’s Time to Arise From Your Slumber

My Bride, You have been asleep for far too long. It’s time to arise.

There is so much to do. It’s time to push back the darkness by revealing Your Light – the Light of Christ that resides in You (2 Cor 4:6).

It’s time to get rid of the religious thoughts that plague Your life (Mark 8:15).

My Kingdom is not made up of a list of rules. My Kingdom is made up of love, holiness and power. This is what I desire for You, My Church.

The enemy is trying to put a stop to You meeting together and is trying to keep You in a slumber. You must awaken, stand up in the identity and authority that I have bestowed upon You.

You cannot go back to life as it was.

I am doing a new thing. Do you not perceive it? (Is 43:19)

You must for a new level of holiness, power and glory is being released from Heaven. You must learn to see how I see. Come up higher and see from My perspective (Eph 2:6). There is no other way.

It is not time to shrink back to Your old ways. It will never be ‘business as usual’ ever again. It’s time to rise and be who You were called to be – right from the very beginning.

I saw this moment in time before anything was created. I have looked forward to this time with such excitement. This is the time when My Church, My Bride will arise and shine with the Glory Light of My Son, Jesus.

New levels of love will emanate from Your very pores to spill out over those around you. Miracles will be common place to you – even miracles that have never been witnessed before. New levels of provision will be seen and greater numbers will know that I love them (John1:50b). Outrageous numbers of people will become My children. (1 Peter 2:9)

Oh how glorious this time will be if You arise!

Arise, Church, arise.

The world is waiting for You to arise. (Rom 8:19)

I am waiting. Trust Me. I have given You all that You need.“

Wake up, Your King is calling you!

Wow and wow! This new era that we have stepped into will be more glorious than anyone could ever imagine. God is so good and the plans He has for you and me, and the ones who are yet to know Him, are incredible.

But to walk in this new level of glory, you must let go of the things of the past … the lies that are holding you captive in fear and discouragement. You must begin to see the world around as Father God sees it, to see people as He does is so imperative in this era.

Whatever it is that Father God wants you to lay down and let go of, now is the time to do it. I promise you, no matter how hard it is for you to do this, it will be totally worth it. It means that there is something awaiting you that is exponentially better than what you have ever known. This is how good He is!

Are you ready to walk in holiness? Are you ready to move in great power to bring healing, freedom, blessing and provision for all who seek it?

This is the era that we have stepped into. Don’t shrink back from it. It will look strange and at times you may wonder if it is indeed God. If it brings freedom, if it brings life, if it reveals Father God’s heart and His deep, passionate love for people – then you can bet it’s Him.

Are you ready? The time is now.

You won’t regret it.

Spend time telling Father God that you want to walk beside Him in this new level of goodness and glory.

I leave this verse with you,

“And these signs WILL accompany those who believe: in my name they WILL cast out demons; they WILL speak in new tongues; they WILL pick up serpents with their hands; and if they drink any deadly poison, it WILL NOT hurt them; they WILL lay their hands on the sick, and they WILL recover.”

Mark 16:17-18 (ESV)
