I don’t know about you but I want … I NEED more of Jesus.
I LOVE teachings by Katie Souza and she walks in amazing miracles that help people get free and live a life for Jesus. She totally lives for Jesus and bringing others to Him.
I want that!!! Do you?
Maybe not and that’s ok. This could be just an opportunity to learn more about Jesus and who He actually is for you.
The Bible says that we are to be more like Jesus (Ephesians 5:1), imitators of God.
Katie Souza talks about going to a new level in our relationship with Jesus by taking a ‘Jesus Fast’ – or rather a ‘Jesus Feast’ – for a period of 5 months. This is where we pursue Jesus: read about the prophecies of Jesus in the Old Testament, read all about His life in the New Testament, read books that focus solely on Jesus, worship Jesus for who He is and what He did for us, pray to Jesus and spend quality time with Him, listening to Him, and recording what He shows us either in the Word or in our hearts.
In John 15 Jesus says that He is the Vine and we are the branches. Without Him we can do nothing.
These are the verses that I would like to begin our journey into the study of the man, the Son of God … Jesus, so stay tuned! I plan to delve into this study about Jesus from the 1st February until the 30th June, unless something changes.
I hope you will join me on the adventure of getting to know who Jesus is in a more intimate way, how we can grow to be more like Him, and how we can affect change into situations that surround us each and every day.
