It’s Time To Leave …

It’s Time To Leave …

christian life Mar 30, 2021

I have been thinking about all that’s happening in the world and how we, as the Body of Christ can bring Heaven to earth, right where we are.

The Lord interrupted my thoughts with:

“My Church needs to leave the building
so that the world can become
a part of My family.”

I asked the Lord to tell me more and this is what He said,

“Did you know that My people are My ambassadors? (2 Cor 5:20)

Did you know that they are My hands, feet, arms, legs, heart and voice on the earth? (Matt 25:43)

Do you think they know that they are My containers for blessing so that they can overflow into the world around them? (Prov 10:22)

I need them to see with My eyes what I am doing all around them. (Rom 12:2)

I have strategies on how to draw the lost and wounded to Myself. (Jn 6:44)

I have solutions that will solve every crisis and problem that they face. My people just need to ask Me for My help. (Jer 33:3)

There is nothing too hard for Me but I need My people, My children to work WITH Me, to partner alongside Me in my plans. (Jer 32:27)

Will you …..? Will they …..?

I am not focused on what people think will happen.

My heart is for those who don’t yet know that I am good, that I am the One who loves them unconditionally – both inside and outside of the Church. (Jn 3:16)

Will you come into alignment with My heart?

Will you grieve with me for those who are lost or who are caught in tradition and religion? (Gal 3:1-2)

Religion is just as big of a cage as being without me. Freedom is not expressed in either ways of living. Both are prisons.

I have so much blessing to give, so much blessing that will truly change the world and draw hearts back to Me.

I just need My children to receive it.

My children can’t give out of what they don’t have.

They NEED to receive from Me first.

This is what bringing Heaven to earth is:
drawing on the goodness and power of God,
and depositing them into someone else’s life.

This is a season of Me pouring out My blessing to those who will receive it.

Blessing does not only come in the form of ‘things’.

Blessing is My favour, My opportunity, open doors, intimacy with Me, My love and forgiveness, My provision of angels for protection, My answers to their questions, complete healing of hearts, minds and bodies, EVERY SPIRITUAL BLESSING and so much more! (Eph 1:3)

My Church needs to become attractive to the world. Why would the world come if My very own children won’t let Me bless them? (Jn 13:35)

The world, My world needs My Church. Will they hear Me? Will they help Me?

As I sat and contemplated all that the Lord had spoken, He began to talk to me again about how much Jesus actually did when He chose to die and rose again for you and me.

All the things that Jesus did and so much more – you have the ability to do it all … now, TODAY!

It just takes practise.

“Truly, truly I say to you, the one who believes in Me, the works that I do, he will do also; and greater works than these he will do; because I am going to the Father. And whatever you ask in My name, this I will do, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you ask Me anything in My name, I will do it.”

John 14:12-14 (NAS)

Jesus died and rose again to give life and power to those who would receive it.

He is alive! He is no longer on the cross or in the grave.

Are you willing to receive ALL that Jesus died and rose again to give you today?

Are you willing to let go of tradition and religion, to put your hand up and say, “Yes, Lord. Whatever You want me to do, whatever You want to give me, I am willing to receive and partner with You in changing my world.”?

It’s time to leave the building!

“And Jesus came and said to them, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. GO therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptising them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”

Matthew 20:19-20 (NASB)

I am not saying that it is time to leave the Church or meeting together on a Sunday or whichever day you meet.

Ephesians 4:6 says that we as saints, are to be to equipped for the work of ministry, for building up the Body of Christ.

This is what you and I attend church for – to meet together, to encourage one another and spur one another on to build up Jesus’ Church, to tell of the wonderful things He has done for you. You are to be equipped even more with strategies, solutions and encouragement from each other and from the amazing pastors that God has graced you with.

But I urge you … don’t go to church empty.

Be filled with Holy Spirit and encouragement yourself so that you are in a position to serve each time you meet together.

Your church and community are places to overflow with God’s goodness from what He has been filling you with in your daily life with Him.

The Lord has so much more for you.

What do you need today?

Ask Him for it.

Is it money? Ask Him.

Is it wisdom? Ask Him.

Is it healing? Ask Him.

Is it reconciliation of family? Ask Him.

The world is waiting for you ….

Nothing is too hard for you and God together.

The world is hurting and they need you!

Are you willing to say, “YES” to Jesus today? Are you willing to partner with Him to bring change into your own life and in the lives of others?

Jesus only has good plans for you. He can be trusted. He is beautifully amazing and powerful. Nothing is too hard for Him. (Prov 3:5-6)

He loves you most passionately and adoringly. (Jer 31:3)

How has the Lord moved or shown up in your life this week? Have you sensed that stirring in your heart that there’s more that God has called you to do, no matter how small?

I would love to hear about it. Write it in the comments below so that we can spur you on together.

You are amazing … simply because you exist.

Abundant blessings to you!
